Now managed by Happy Hermosillo Homes, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers an inviting base for exploring Old Town Scottsdale, enjoying Spring Training baseball, or simply spending time together.

LIVING & DINING

The open living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a TV, an indoor fireplace, and distinctive mid-century furnishings. Gather around the dining table for meals, bring out the board games, or settle in after a day exploring Scottsdale.

CHEF’S KITCHEN

The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast-bar island, and plenty of room to prepare meals. You’ll find a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and wine glasses. A drip coffee maker, coffee, toaster, blender, and baking sheet make breakfasts and meals at home easy.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping spaces with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage.

Both bathrooms include fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers.

YOUR PRIVATE BACKYARD

Spend the afternoon beside the private pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy the patio’s lounge seating and sun loungers. The backyard also features a firepit, outdoor dining space, and a built-in gas BBQ station—perfect for relaxed meals and evenings beneath the patio lights.

Optional pool heating is available for $75 per day or $400 per week. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

Enjoy Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and a free in-home washer and dryer. A Pack ’n Play with sheets and board games are available for families. The home is single level with no interior stairs, and parking includes two covered carport spaces.

POOL HEATING

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORHOOD
The Cactus Club is in a residential neighborhood. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please keep voices and music low and respect our neighbors, including when using the pool, hot tub, and patio.

NO PARTIES
Parties and events are not permitted. Please treat the home and neighborhood with care.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Local bookings require at least three reviews with a five-star average unless approved in advance.

OCCUPANCY
Occupancy is limited to six adults, plus related dependent children, within the listing’s total guest limit. Please include all guests in your reservation.

SECURITY CAMERA
An exterior Ring security camera is located at the front door.

FAMILY AMENITIES
A Pack ’n Play with sheets and board games are available. Children must be supervised around the pool and hot tub.

EXTENDED STAYS
Stays of 28 nights or longer are welcome.
