The driveway has space for one car per tenant (tandem parking), and there are supplementary parking options available in the vicinity and on the street. Additionally, high-speed WiFi is provided as part of the rental package.
The swimming pools are open seasonly (May- Early Sept).
The laundry room is accessible 24/7 with your Yale app and located immediately outside of the front door to the home.

To ensure your comfort during warmer periods, we've thoughtfully provided portable fans. The best way to keep the house cool is by opening windows in the evening to let in the refreshing breeze, and then closing them in the morning to keep the interior comfortably temperate throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you'll find the space cozy and inviting, regardless of the weather.

Our dedicated cleaning team provides complimentary monthly cleanings for the shared areas.
Every guest is equipped with a personal key to secure their bedroom, ensuring privacy. While we offer the essential starting provisions for your initial settlement, each tenant is responsible for replenishing consumable items like toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, spices, laundry detergent, dish soap, and bath soaps as they are depleted.
We also ask the tenants to take the trash cans out to the curb on Monday mornings and bring them back in when they have been picked up.
